Cardio – 15 minutes intervals / 15 minutes steady state
Training – Chest & Back
THURSDAY

Cardio – Spin Class
Training – Off
FRIDAY
Cardio – 30 min SS (varied elliptical/treadmill/stepmill/etc)
Training – Legs & Shoulders
SATURDAY
Cardio – Spin Class
Training – Back & Bis
SUNDAY
Cardio – OFF
Training – Chest & Tris
